Summary: As far as a hotel it was ok. For a Hyatt i found it disappointing. The rooms were standard. Like i would not have known we were in a fancy hotel. The top floor smelled like water damage. My friends room had the formica peeling off the window sill and can see the water damage along the roof by the window. The we found out after checking out they overchared us for parking. That a $50 extra charge for parking a vehicle. Then the hotel said we have to contact customer service by phone to adress the issue. The restaurant was great. Excellent food. The burger was fantastic. Sorry to say i am disappointed in the hotel itself. I exspected better.

Summary: This property suffers from poor management at the helm, which has clearly caused both the guest rooms and experience to go downhill. Initially put in a room on the 5th floor, close to the pool (Yay! 75% of the reason we booked this property) Upon walking in room, it was clear the previous guest had recently been heavily smoking cigarettes in the room as it smelled like a bowling alley in the 70s. When we informed the front desk, they acted surprised - didn't apologize - but did place us in a new room. (Yay?...) We thought perhaps we'd get a bit of an upgrade for the trouble, since it was a holiday weekend and the hotel was empty. Nope. Same room, more floors up and right near the elevator (which I asked to avoid.) With an air vent peppered with mold and/or rust spots. We were so tired from traveling and beat down at this point, we just left out stuff and popped over to a different hotel for dinner/drinks. The pool was nice but not an amenity worth the rest of the trouble from this stay. Thank goodness I had points that covered a majority of costs, because I would have been more upset spending more. This hotel may have been glorious in its past life, but it's no longer worth the money they are asking for the room/experience provided. Much of the FOH staff seemed undertrained/inexperienced, and just plain disinterested or high. You can find a cleaner room and better experience elsewhere, and you should.

Summary: It was okay; there was water damage in our room, and the carpet was pretty old and dirty. It definitely could use an upgrade, and the hallway outside our room on floor #22 smelled like mold. I expected better for a Hyatt; I was disappointed.

Summary: We were unable to watch much TV when in the room as it continually went in and out with stalled viewability and audio. The water pressure in the room was not great either. Other wise the room was fine but did have a musty smell to it. Our door did lock but you could still see the hall light when closed/locked, which made it look as though the door was slightly open.

Summary: When trying to check in about 45 minutes early, was told room wasn’t available yet. When original check in time came, was told room still wasn’t ready, asked another staff member who was able to get us a room right away. All of which made us late to the event we drove 16 and a half hours to get to. When getting into room, both headboards had rips in the fabric they were covered in. There was hair and some type of liquid gelled to the bathroom ceiling. Otherwise, comfortable beds,

Summary: For the price, the hotel is older without some basics you’d expect with a stay. TVs are not smart TVs. Stained carpets, hallways with odors, scuffs on walls and furniture. Valet is $49 for one night. Escalators were down. The best part about the stay was that the staff in the restaurant was kind.
